Seeking help is a positive step toward living life to the fullest. The GE Family Wellness Center is home to Optum Live and Work Well Specialists, Mary Jo Butler Fingerhut and Marianna Zdinak. The Live and Work Well Specialists offer free, confidential mental health counseling through in-person, telephone, or virtual appointments.

Mary Jo and Marianna can assist you in developing healthy coping skills and managing a variety of stressors including:

• Work/life balance issues
• Depression/anxiety
• Marital/family problems
• Parenting and caregiving
• Substance use issues
• Loss and trauma
